Description foser 2002-01-27 14:09:46 UTC
When selecting 'Display Gnome/KDE Status docklet'
in Gabber preferences, the statusdock doesn't come up in a panel statusdock. It
just hovers somewhere around the screen. The statusdock on the panel however
does adjust it's size to the size of the gabber-statusdock icon. (I can only
confirm this for Gnome, don't have KDE)

this might not be the dock applet, might be the GNOME status dock. I haven't had
time to look into the matters

the gabber docklet is supposed to work in the KDE panel.

I happend to hear what the problem for this is. It's in Sawfish (probably >=
1.0.0 but perhaps only 1.0.1).

Well, i tried reverting back to sawfish 1.0 and the dockapplet works correctly
now. So as a temporary solution, switch back to 1.0.

So it's actually a sawfish bug?
I'm closing it down here then...
