git-2.eclass has renamed ESCM_OFFLINE to EVCS_OFFLINE, and bzr.eclass has followed up.

Could smart-live-rebuild support both variables please?

Fixed in c9224d9de [1]. I'll release this along with git-2 support, and close the bug afterwards.
