Unsure if a duplicate but sure related to Bug #357545
The locale files previously owned by konq-plugin in are owned by kde-l10n in 4.6 slot.
At unmask or at future stabilization of 4.6 slot the package manager will try to emerge kde-l10n before not after konq-plugins and will fail the upgrade.

No supplied patch and emerge --info.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask or stabilize kde 4.6.2 with 4.4 slot installed
2. emerge -DNu world
failed due to files collision at time to install kde-l10n

emerge -1 konq-plugins or emerge --resume --skipfirst fix it but add a blocker will be better imho
