Confirmed, was automagic (libkexiv used for image rotation in slideshow based on exif tags)
Fixed now, useflag kexiv2 on by default

Duplicate of bug 360001, let's track it there

huettel@pinacolada ~/Gentoo/gentoo-x86/kde-base/marble $ scanelf -n `equery files kdelibs|grep '.so$'`|grep libXss
ET_DYN libkdeui.so.5,libXss.so.1,libXext.so.6,libX11.so.6,libkdecore.so.5,libQtDBus.so.4,libQtCore.so.4,libQtGui.so.4,libstdc++.so.6,libc.so.6 /usr/lib64/libkidletime.so
Indeed.

Is automagic and provides one of several time polling interfaces. Does not have too much of a footprint, so I just added it unconditionally.

Confirmed, and fixed with default-on useflag speechd

Yes, obviously our useflag does not actually do anything.
Needs more investigation, will be filed as new bug.
