Please bump the version for Scribus to 1.4.0 RC2 to track bugs on the next stable release.

Just adopted the 1.3.9 ebuild for scribus-1.4.0_rc3. Small changes were necessary, but I am not sure if I handled them well: The rc3 suffix in the tar file's name is separated by a point ".rc3", but ebuilds use an underscore "_rc3" in their naming scheme. To solve that 

1) I created a variable MY_P to be used in SRC_URI and
2) had to move ${WORKDIR}/${MY_P} to ${WORKDIR}/${P} in 'src_unpack'.

It compiled successfully with the cave/paludis package manager and seems to be usable.

I did not check for dependency updates like lcms which seems to be supported (or required, I do not know) in version 2.1 (https://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=9935).

In the future, please attach a patch instead so we can easily see what was changed.

Note that 1.4.0_rc3 doesn't support lcms-2 yet as that patch was added after the release.
