galeon 1.3.11a is out (1.3.11 was buggy and shouldn't be used).
Copying the ebuild and removing the galeon-1.3.10-gcc2_fixes.patch works.

About the patch:
No idea why it was added, it is not mentioned in the changelog and i don't know if it has been sent upstream.

The name is obvious, it fixes gcc2 issues. A quick peek at the code reveals
this got fixed.
