Attached is ttcp-1.12.ebuild.

ttcp is a tool to test TCP and UDP throughput.

The attached ebuild works for me (it downloads and installs fine, and I can run ttcp just fine after installing it).

cleaned up the ebuild and added it to portage, thanks
