Bugzilla Bug 36045

After emerging app-sci/pcb I obtain:

The message reapper every time emerging something.
I've seen similar bugs on other apllications, it should be trivial to fix :)

1. emerge app-sci/pcb
2. emerge something...

I've checked bug 30702, but it's no the same case:
if I delete "/usr/share/info/pcb.info.gz" the error from emerge goes away,
but "info pcb" stop to function too!
It is a strange thing, after emerging some stuff
the error disappeared, so I tried to emerge app-sc/pcb
again, and again I have the error. I tried emerge clean but with no change.

By the way, it's not an important problem, so I don't care so much of it.

One line was missing in the .info file, added a quick sed fix for 20031113-r1.
