KDevelop and KDevPlatform have recently received Russian localization. Please, add "ru" to KDE_LINGUAS in the ebuild for the following packages:
1. kdevplatform-1.2.0
2. kdevelop-php-docs-1.2.0
2. kdevelop-4.2.0
