Only one provider. Please remove the virtual entirely, or convert to new-style.

Removed the virtual, as discussed with Arfrever on IRC.

<Arfrever> ulm: Primary ebuilds of dev-lang/python are in python overlay. If
           somebody makes a fix only in gentoo-x86 ebuilds of dev-lang/python,
           then it will be lost in next versions.

Please remove the PROVIDE="virtual/python" line also from the ebuilds in the python overlay.
