Please convert to a new-style virtual. Or, since it has only three providers and
few dependencies, remove the virtual entirely.

In fact, only one package, namely net-wireless/wifi-radar, depends on the virtual. It could easily be changed to depend on "|| ( net-misc/dhcpcd net-misc/dhcp net-misc/pump )" instead. CCing maintainer.

I'm going to punt the old-style virtual in one week from now.
