Bug 358401 – net-fs/cifs-utils-5.0 keyword request

net-fs/cifs-utils is the replacement for the old net-fs/mount-cifs and it needs to be keyworded in order to allow users of these arches the proper mount of samba shares.

Thanks in advance for testing and keywording for the following archs:
~alpha ~arm ~hppa ~ia64 ~mips ~ppc64 ~s390 ~sh ~sparc

I think it's rather more important to get samba-4 rekeyworded, or at least notify arch teams that their keywords were dropped, earlier rather than later.

Samba 4 ebuild needs a lot of work, just as you could see into bug #195703 , it needs to be bumped to 4.0.0alpha14, ported to waf and some testing would be nice as well.

Thanks for being interested into samba 4, but as cifs-utils and samba 4 are not directly related, please open a new bug if you want keyword to happen.

The reason I mentioned net-fs/samba is because net-fs/cifs-utils clashes with currently stable, and indeed ~keyworded, versions of net-fs/samba. Keywording one without the other still leave cifs-utils uninstallable for current ~arch samba users.

net-fs/cifs-utils can't be installed at the same time of <=net-fs/samba-3.6 because cifs-utils provides various mounting utils and samba provides that utils plus samba related stuff, so you always can mount samba shares with either of them :)

For remaining archs: this package is surprisingly extremely small. It's not a lot of work to keyword it.
