All bugs for gromacs-4.5.3 have been fixed in r3. gromacs-4.0 has issue and is orphaned by upstream.

As the ebuild was 50% rewritten, I will wait another week before adding archs. 

@tomka: Please do some testing before the actual stabilization. 

Simple tests available via /usr/share/gromacs/tutor
Target keywords: alpha amd64 ppc64 sparc x86

Some fixes for external lapack/blas and mpi have been added in r4.

So please arch do your magic.

Upstream released 4.5.4, which is 4.5.3-r3 + minor changes, so please stabilize for this one.

x86 took the liberty to stable -r1 which contains the fix for bug 361687.  Thanks everybody.

Thanks, that's a good point, so amd64 please go for 4.5.4-r1 as well.

Bug #361687 should not harm sparc, ppc64 and alpha so stabilizing 4.5.4 is fine.

@ppc64: Do you want to stabilize 4.5.4-r1 for consistency to other arch or just stick to 4.5.4 ? In case of the latter just close the bug.
