We should also have dev-python/python-xlib in this list, since it's listed as a dependency by the ebuild.

Fixed ebuild file

Moved "inherit distutils" up a few lines in the ebuild file. Can someone check
it's okay, and upload it to the rsync-tree?

Fixed. Available in ~arch as x11-misc/pypanel-0.9 (no revision bump).
