Bug 355451 – app-emacs/python-mode-5.1.0 does not update site-gentoo.el

During emerge of app-emacs/python-mode-5.1.0 the /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/site-gentoo.el is not updated.

site-gentoo.el should be updated so installed python-mode can be enabled automatically, if "(require 'site-gentoo)" is used in ~/.emacs.

Fixed, thank you for reporting.

I've also done a version bump to python-mode-5.2.0.
