No open bugs, in tree long enough, preparation for next courier stabilization round. Archs, please go ahead.

I tested on x86. Courier-authlib looks good, but i would personally just disable USE="vpopmail" if it's active and warn through elog instead of just dying!

Anyway... Another thing are the collisions within the stable rdeps (maildrop vs. courier-imap for maildirmake as example). I hope these will get resolved with the mentioned next courier stablilization.... ;-)
