The following message is printed at every emerge of syslog-ng. It should only be printed if logrotate is not installed...

 * It is highly recommended that app-admin/logrotate be emerged to
 * manage the log files.  syslog-ng installs a file in /etc/logrotate.d
 * for logrotate to use.
