Please find attached gnuvd-1.0b.ebuild and a patch so it compiles against
gtkhtml.

gnuvd is an online dictionary that makes use of the online website of Van
Dale(tm). It has a text version, gnuvd, and a Gnome version, gnovd.
(Van Dale = de facto standard dutch dictionary)

Don't know where to put it in the portage tree (app-dicts perhaps?)

There's one minor problem with gnovd, I have to start gconfd-1 to make it work,
maybe the gnome guys know why.

not really a gnome bug, please reassign.

personally i don't know if this is important/maintained enough to enter the tree. The gtk1 backend doesn't make it much more interesting either.

New simplified ebuild, will be very easy to 'maintain'. Stops using the "gnome"
USE flag, because that requires gnome-1.4.

Hope to see this in portage soon, because it is very nice for our dutch
speaking community.
