Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE='-dbus' globally
2. emerge qtm

Note that there's a version 1.3.1 out there (but it doesn't seem to fix this issue).

Actually I was wrong. The cmake call was wrong. Fixed and bumped to 1.3.1

It is not a thing I am asking for.
If qtm may run without dbus, ebuild must give us that possibility.
