The net-analyzer/wireshark-1.4.3 ebuild with USE=doc has a dependency on
elinks.  This is pointless, because elinks is used only to generate the plain
text release notes which ship with the package as NEWS.  The build system is
designed to tolerate the absense of elinks.

This dependency is especially pointless because when elinks is available, the
file that it generates isn't even installed by the ebuild: only the shipped
NEWS file is.

The dependency on elinks should just be removed.
