I'd like to mark app-emulation/ganeti-htools stable soon and need this package marked stable first.

dev-haskell/curl provides bindings to net-misc/curl for the haskell programming language. It provides a stable API that hasn't changed in a long time.

Except for the compiler it doesn't depend on any haskell packages.
It should be easy to mark as stable.
