This one is blocked by a test failure of dev-tcltk/tkimg, please fix or restrict if tcltk-team is overloaded.

I tested the following packages successfully on x86. The only thing that i've found is Bug 354205, but that's unrelated here.

=sci-chemistry/imosflm-1.0.4
=sci-chemistry/mosflm-7.0.6-r2 from Bug 352112
=dev-tcltk/tkimg-1.4

tkimg-1.4 fails to build as in bug 356907.  As I understand this it triggered by the combination of tiff and splix when using USE="jbig" on exactly one of them (which is the default if one does not set jbig).

New target is 1.0.5 which is also the considered stable version from upstream.
