Right now, we already treat '**' for package.keywords specially. We should be able to distinguish '*' and '-*' from wildcards.

Fixed in 00699106..4a44f5c7. We now treat '*' and '**' specially (unless there is an explicit, non-kw namespace), and use '?*' as the default pattern.
