dev-vcs/cola contains localization for a number of languages, but the mo files are not installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge cola
2. equery f cola | grep locale
Actual Results:  
/usr/share/locale
/usr/share/locale/git-cola.mo

Expected Results:  
Files for following locales shall be installed:
de  fr  hu  it  ja  ru  sv  zh_cn
