Hello,

I replaced media-libs/jpeg by media-libs/libjpeg-turbo on my system.
media-gfx/dcraw recompiles with libjpeg-turbo and works without problems on ~x86.
Please, change media-libs/jpeg -> virtual/jpeg dependence.
