emelfm2 0.7.4 ebuild

I can't wait till version bump appears in portage tree, because the new version contains critical bugfixes. Here's simple ebuild based on 0.7.3. It compiles and works for me.

I second the version bump. Especially the "fix crash when cd's repeated rapidly" bugfix is _VERY_ important, since without it the application crashes like every five minutes when doing serious filesystem browsing.
