OK, they are dragging their feet in "announcing" this release (hence the quotes in the Summary), because their main dev is traveling, but, for tor relays, this release is pretty important. OpenSSL 1.0.0b (and the OpenSSL 0.9.8 recent release) breaks Tor, so if OpenSSL is updated while a tor 0.2.1.26 relay is running, it will fail to start if brought down. (see the ChangeLog URL above) I name-bumped the 0.2.1.26 ebuild in a local overlay, and Tor works after restarting. Sad, because they are loosing hundreds of relays with this breakage as I type this. :/
