Description:   Opened: 2003-11-27 06:21 0000 
Wget shows garbled output with german locale, some of those garbage chars are
like esc-sequence -> from a certain point on no output at all -> user thinks
wget died and kills it, thats why I marked it major

See link and attached patch for fix (note: patch also removes ipv6 patch, see
bug 33827, just keep src_unpack if you want to keep the patch).

Fixed german locale, ipvmisc patch needs to be fixed still, see bug #33827
