Fails to launch.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run bzr-notify


Actual Results:  
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/bzr-notify-2.6", line 21, in <module>
    import pynotify
ImportError: No module named pynotify

Missing dev-python/notify-python dependency.
