Bug 344815 – oui.txt size in Manifest file for net-wireless/bluez-4.75 broken

Today a new version of oui.txt at (http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/oui.txt) with a new size (2,281,776 bytes) break bluez updates when emerge compare this file size with the file size in Manifest portage file (2,242,423 bytes). Today IEEE has updated this file and his size is bigger.

This is a problem that always reproduce on all systems on future if ebuild get it from not a relative path/date URI.

Solutions:

- Add this file to rsync file systems. (More robust, but not always on the last update)
- Change entry size in Manifest for bluez on each oui.txt update. (Maybe a script to detect IEEE updates and sync the Manifest on rsync tree directly; It'd works fine)
- Sure more ...
