Description Duncan 2010-11-09 09:44:51 UTC
Yesterday I upgraded to mpd-0.15.14. It wouldn't start until I blew away the existing state file, after which it would start, but trying to load any streaming audio, at least, resulted in an assertion and mpd termination.

Checking the site, they already have mpd-0.15.15 up, listed as a "brown paper bag" release. So I expect it fixes my bug. =:^)

(Later) Confirmed. 0.15.15 as a simple ebuild rename bump works, and 0.15.15 does indeed fix the bug. So please bump ASAP, and I'd suggest removing 0.15.14 as well, because it /is/ broken, both by my experience and according to upstream.

Thanks. =:^)

I added mpd-0.15.15 to CVS and removed mpd-0.15.14.
