Bug 344689 – Add dropped keywords for packages affected by the media-libs/jpeg -> virtual/jpeg dep change

As requested in the dev ml, the following packages were updated to reflect the media-libs/jpeg -> virtual/jpeg dep change:

kde-base/krdc
kde-base/libkdcraw
kde-base/libkexiv2
kde-base/okular

Thus I had to drop the stable keywords for amd64, ppc and x86 on the 4.4.5 ebuilds.

ppc will skip, converted our stable ebuilds to virtual/jpeg to avoid pointless recompiles for stable users.
