wtf? Now we can't even test buildbot, any version (bug #339863), on several arches because of a single version needing a keyword-masked build dep? Is anyone still questioning why I reported bug #304435?

I have added missing version specifiers.

Er, and by not package.use.masking anything or dropping keywords on buildbot for HPPA you broke the tree...

Marked ~hppa now.
