Proposed ebuild patch for app-admin/rsyslog-5.6.0 version bump

I also pushed the complete ebuild to scarabeus overlay for testing. Tested successfully on ~x86 and ~amd64 on my part.

This updated version bump proposal is also available in the scarabeus overlay. @Nebojsa Trpkovic : about 5.7.2(devel) or 6.1.2(devel) in ~arch, I agree and we will definitely have them once we take over the rsyslog ebuild caretaking with dev-zero approval. Hi, I'm happy to close this bug as we pushed app-admin/rsyslog-5.6.2 to main tree. The ebuild has been removed from scarabeus overlay. Thanks again everyone for you help.
