This is a run-time problem.  With 9.2.2 I get

$ host tank
tank.zk3.dec.com has address 16.141.40.157

With 9.2.3 I get

$ host tank
timer.c:284: isc_time_now() failed: out of range
host: isc_timer_create: unexpected error

I have marked 9.2.3 -alpha until this is resolved.

This is fixed in 9.2.3-r1, thanks
