build faild with message:
Checking for boost libraries:
checking for boostlib >= 1.36... configure: error: We could not detect the boost libraries (vers
ion 1.36 or higher). If you have a staged boost library (still not installed) please specify $BO
OST_ROOT in your environment and do not give a PATH to --with-boost option.  If you are sure you
 have boost installed, then check your version number looking in <boost/version.hpp>. See http:/
/randspringer.de/boost for more documentation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
build net-libs/rb_libtorrent

It says "version 1.36 or higher".

Please post the output of "emerge --info dev-libs/boost", "emerge -pvq net-libs/rb_libtorrent" and "eselect boost list".
Also attach the config.log. There should have been a message like "If you file a bug include <some_path>/config.log in your report."
If it doesn't show a path, use "find /var/tmp/portage/net-libs/rb_libtorrent -name config.log" to find it.

I guess we should change the boost dep to >=1.36

I fixed the boost dependencies on rb_libtorrent-0.15.*
