The website listed in the ebuilds for mikmod and libmikmod is http://www.mikmod.org, which offers you the following options. Quote:

, unquote. I suspect you want http://mikmod.raphnet.net/ , which seems to be the correct mikmod homepage.

Oh, and btw, the latest mikmod version is 3.2.1
