Description:   Opened: 2003-11-22 17:49 0000 
sys-apps/quota ebuilds in portage needs "tcpd" in IUSE in order to respect "-
tcpd" when emerging. Related to the fix for bug #26905.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. tcp-wrappers not installed
2. "-tcpd" in USE flags
3. emerge -pv sys-apps/quota

Actual Results:  
emerge wants to install (undesired) tcp-wrappers

Expected Results:  
tcp-wrappers isn't needed and should not be installed
