imhangul-0.9.9 released, also.

it fix evolution's 'never die problem.'

and, ebuild, I can use 0.9.7's one.

all right, I updated imhangul to 0.9.9 as mithrandir requested
(because I suppose it is necessary for Korean evolution users to
upgrade it). I did a basic check of imhangul but don't use it on
regular basis, so if anybody finds a problem with it, please report

I added 0.9.11 to CVS two months ago, and keyworded it stable just the day
before yesterday.
