As app-text/poppler no longer provides qt3 USE flag and dev-libs/poppler-qt3 is no longer in gx86, I guess it might be a good idea to drop dev-libs/poppler-qt3 blocker from its RDEPEND. This would allow us to provide fresh dev-libs/poppler-qt3 ebuilds in kde-sunset.
