How To reproduce:
1. Prepare binary package 
2. Install on target machine
3. run mysql-workbench

Actual results:
$ mysql-workbench
/usr/bin/mysql-workbench-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libctemplate.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected results:
dev-cpp/ctemplate should be installed

Changed ctemplate to be a runtime dependency also in mysql-workbench-5.2.28.
