The current ebuilds (up to 1.0.6) are pulling code from the github repository, but new versions are no longer being tagged there so I can't just copy the current ebuilds to a new filename. Looks like new versions are being released on the pecl site instead

There's pecl-mongo already. I'll add a package move directive tomorrow, so you'll be upgraded automatically.
