When installing ruby-1.9.2_rc2, it fails at install phase

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just install it.
Actual Results:  
Fail at install phase

Expected Results:  
Normal install

The fail is here, but Portage doesn't matter. It just ignores it and continue as if nothing wrong happened.

Same error here, commenting out the two keepdir calls "solves" this issue

We don't install the bundled rubygems, so there's no point in installing bundled gems either. I'll rip them out.

That the miniruby calls in the keepdirs that fails here.
So the site dir and the arch dir are not kept by the ebuild merge.

Paludis block because of this fail, Portage not.

Fixed without revbump.
