For me, copying the last ebuild to 4.5 works. It compiles and runs under amd64.

Kmymoney was bumped at the kde overlay yesterday. I compiled it and it seems to work fine.

Moved to tree with some updates:
- added doc USE flag - installs apidocs and developer handbooks when handbook USE flag enabled
- updated HOMEPAGE
- make it conform to gentoo kde code style
