Configuration in /etc/conf.d/net.ppp0 is not well suited to leased-line pppd setups, since the script in /etc/init.d/net.ppp0 assumes that there must be a phone number to dial. All that's needed is a simple change to the net.ppp0 script. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
