Bug 33290 – pppd config poorly suited to leased line setup

Configuration in /etc/conf.d/net.ppp0 is not well suited to leased-line pppd
setups, since the script in /etc/init.d/net.ppp0 assumes that there must be a
phone number to dial.  All that's needed is a simple change to the net.ppp0 script.

If you put both changes into one duff -u patch and attach it to this bug report, then I'll update the ppp ebuild.

fixed in ppp-2.4.2_beta3-r1 :)
