Submitting ebuild for ENCA (version 1.0)...

From the home-page:
Enca is an Extremely Naive Charset Analyser. It detects character set and encoding of text files and can also convert them to other encodings. The charset detecing functionality is also available as a library.

(this description could be used in the metadata.xml file)

...I don't have any idea where to put it. Currently, it's in app-misc...

Merges and works fine...

THe ebuild comes from skel.ebuild. I hope I didn't forget anything...

I forgot: I'm not sure about the dependancies so I left the field empty (don't
know how to detect the deps.)

Ebuild is in portage now under app-i18n category. Thanks for reporting and
providing the build :)
