Looking to get the patch from
http://get.bitlbee.org/libsoup/libsoup-fix.diff.gz added to libsoup so programs
like net-im/bitlbee aren't hammering servers for MSN authentication.

note that libsoup cvs has been majorly re-written and this patched file doesn't even exist anymore.
