I've dropped the alpha keyword from the newly added dev-ruby/fxruby-1.6.20 due to a new dependency on dev-ruby/hoe. Please keyword dev-ruby/hoe-2.6.1 and its dependencies and re-keyword fxruby.

Note that dev-ruby/hoe has some circular dependencies when using FEATURES=test and/or USE=doc. It is recommended to first emerge hoe without FEATURES=test and USE=doc, and then re-emerge them to test them properly.

This a complete and utter nightmare of circular dependencies.
