Bug 325261 – please stabilize dev-embedded/bitbake-1.8.18 (1.8.12 doesn't work with current openembedded repo)

bitbake with version marked as stable in portage tree not works with current repository,
each run of bitbake cause messages like this:

  File "tmpHandler(e)", line 4, in tmpHandler
  File "<bb>", line 18, in check_sanity

This is because of check_sanity in current openembedded repo not use import os,
and bitbake-1.8.12 not contains any work around this problem.

While bitbake 1.8.18 works fine.

Embedded team, please consider stabling version 1.8.18 (even though 1.8.12 was just recently stabled...)

Actually, it's been over 4 months since last stabling, which doesn't sound too bad. I'm not so good at keeping track of time ;)

1.8.18-r1 is stable for all now
