Description:   Opened: 2003-11-01 21:45 0000 
I am working from a standard stage 2 install trying to get emerge -u system to
work.  I downloaded the instructions and cd images 2 weeks ago.

www.biscom.net/~cade/away/wget-new-percentage/wget-new-percentage-cvs-20011209.tar.gz
 does not exist.  I found it at:

http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/opsys/linux/gentoo/distfiles
